1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jllll Casino, a licensed online gaming operator regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 3.3 Account Verification

You agree not to abuse the deposit and withdrawal system. Repeatedly depositing and withdrawing without playing games, or using jllll Casino as a money transfer service, is prohibited and may result in account closure and fund confiscation. All withdrawals are subject to wagering requirements if you have claimed any bonuses.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

8. Limitation of Liability

jllll Casino is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from your own negligence, including failure to protect account credentials
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or power outages beyond our control
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Changes in Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations that affect our ability to provide services
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security

In no event shall jllll Casino's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

9. Account Closure & Termination

You may close your jllll Casino account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance after satisfying all wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

jllll Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
